Lamb Ragu from Weck die Heimat (L)
The Easter lamb provides us this year the former chef of the Kreuzberg "Herz&Niere", famous for its "nose to tail" concept. It comes cubes from the shoulder of the Cameroon lamb, braised in a sauce of lamb broth, sesame and red wine - passionately preserved and durable for 10 weeks.

After all the feasting, the digestif should also be of the very finest: From the apothecary cabinet of Dr. Jaglas in Berlin comes the Maca Ginseng Elixir. For decades, the Jagla family of pharmacists has been producing a delicious herbal bitters according to a medieval monastery apothecary recipe. It is wonderfully thick and flavorful with restrained sweetness and a long finish. And: Maca is known as quiet a strong aphrodisiac. A perfect finish! 😍
